Return Policy

The Promise: Within 30 days of your purchase, we will take extraordinary steps to make sure you are happy you shopped with us. PriveCo Inc (the company that runs this website) tries our best to have a fair return policy. Here is how it works.

First: Some Items Do Not Need To Be Returned
Sometimes, you don't have to return a product to get a replacement or refund. Products that are used internally or that come in contact with bodily fluids cannot legally be sent back to us. If the shipping container has been opened these products are required to be handled as medical waste. Our warehouse is not qualified to handle medical waste, nor are our employees skilled in this area. For this reason, these products cannot be sent back to us. Instead, e-mail or call us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to help you.

Some Products Are Not Eligible For Return or Refund
In rare cases, some products are not eligible for return or refund. These products will say something specific about this one their product page. This only applies to about 10 of the 3,000 products we sell. In these cases the sale is final.

Other products can be returned to us.
Products that never contact the human body can be returned to us within 30 days of your purchase for any reason whatsoever. Mail the product or the unused portion of the product back to our address. Include a copy of your invoice if possible. If you send us an e-mail with the tracking number and what you returned, we'll credit you right away, no hassles.:

Defective Products: If your product did not work when it arrived or it broke within 30 days, we'll replace it, no questions asked. You don't need to spend money mailing it back to us, just send us an e-mail and we'll send you a replacement. If it is an electric device: Be sure you try to use the device with a fresh set of batteries. Batteries that may work in an electronic device like a remote control won't neccessarily provide enough juice to drive a motor.

Product performed poorly: If the product you ordered did not perform well and you are unhappy, let us know. We often will suggest a different product and will give you full credit toward the purchase of the suggested item. After all, we want you to be able to shop privately without the need to go into a store. Choose a replacement product carefully though, because we'll only send you one free replacement.

Improper Charges or Other Issues: If you feel that you were charged improperly or something else went wrong, send us an e-mail or give us a call. Within 24 hours of receiving your complaint, either by phone, e-mail, or regular mail, we will review our order database, cross-check it with our secure order server, review our credit service account, our shipping records, and reply to you. If we find any errors we will immediately credit your account. Often, if you telephone us, this entire process can take place during that one call.

Time Period:
We accept returns or offer replacements or refunds within 30 days of your order. This is a reasonable time period and it is more than competitive in our industry. After 30 days, you should try to seek compensation from the manufacturer in the form of a warranty. We are flexible about what we will do for a customer, but we are completely inflexible about the 30 day period. We simply cannot afford to ship you free replacement products for life, so 30 days is the limit. .

Our goal is to try to make you happy with our performance as an online retailer. That includes our description of the product, ensuring the product was delivered intact, our choice of what products we offer, and the complete privacy of the entire process. That's why we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy for 30 days following your purchase.
